This week’s sessions are designed to help you build powerful strength while opening your hips, back, and upper body. You’ll develop deeper flexibility in your straddle, improve your back arches with control, and create elegant, supported Port de Bras lines — all essential foundations for graceful, confident dancing.

This weeks props are optional but include: 2 yoga blocks, a resistance band and a light weight. (Pro tip - a water bottle is a great substitute for the weight and a scarf or a towel will also work if you don't have a resistance band at home!)
